Meet Christian! Christian Farah is a Lebanese American based out of Cleveland, OH working as an accountant by day and a private chef by night. His passion for cooking began at the early age of 10. “I started learning traditional Lebanese dishes from my mother and grandmother since cooking is a huge part of our family tradition. I grew to love Lebanese cuisine but wanted to expand my knowledge and started experimenting with dishes from other cultures.” He never lost that enthusiasm and in his early 20s he spent time working as a line cook and sous chef in the Cleveland area. Christian started his plant-based journey in early 2020 at the age of 26 with his two best friends who are also vegan. They made it their mission to create healthy and delicious plant-based meals and spent most of the year cooking together and letting their imaginations run wild. In July of 2020, Christian began working as a vegan private chef for CookinGenie and saw his culinary career reaching new heights. “CookinGenie gave me the opportunity to cook for clients based on my availability and allowed me to create my own menu.” Find him on Instagram!
