Meet Jeff! He’s a fun-loving vegan dad from Columbus, OH. With a B.S. and M.Ed. from Ohio University, Jeff traded in his student service career for a life of baking, cooking, and enjoying time with his family. Including the love of his life, their daughter and three pampered pups. After watching some eye-opening documentaries in 2013, Jeff made the switch to a plant-based lifestyle and never looked back. Now, he's enjoying veganizing classic comfort foods and experimenting with international flavors. 2022 was the year of pizza for Jeff, as he dedicated 52 weeks to perfecting his pie-making skills. “I had been dabbling in pizza but not getting consistent results and decided it would be fun to actually focus on something that required more precision than most cooking. So I started by copying YouTube people early on but started learning enough to make my own recipes for dough, and it gave me an excuse to do “fusion” pies rather than trying to mimic pizza shops every once in a while.” That's just the beginning for Jeff, as his love for baking has now expanded to include all things bread.
