Meet Shanleigh! Her two passions in life are cooking and animal rescue. Any free time she has when she’s not in the kitchen is spent volunteering or spending time with her husband and their 7 rescue bunnies and chinchilla. Shanleigh’s love of cooking came when she found veganism and realized how much exploration and emotion could go into the process. “To me cooking is a creative outlet and my greatest expression of love.” When it comes to cooking and baking she is the most passionate about fine dining and molecular gastronomy.
